2nd day of frame build.

We are using the cut list that Eric downloaded from Jim McSorley's site. Almost all pieces have complementary angles. That is in our language a single cut makes one piece as well as the other end of the following piece. And changing the angle of the vise is not required. Marking with a Sharpie marker did not work (black Metal-black marker). Masking tape marks well though. In about 3 hours 1/2 of all square tube frame pieces for 3 frames are cut, cleaned, deburred, marked and stored.
